What are the rental qualifications?
We screen a combination of criminal background, income, credit history and rental history to determine an overall score. Based on the overall score, your application will come back as "approved", "approved with conditions" or "denied".
How do I apply for an apartment?
You can apply online on our website. To secure an apartment, we require an application from each adult planning to live in the unit, along with payment of the $50 application fee per person and the security deposit.
Are your apartments pet friendly?
Yes! We allow up to 2 pets in each apartment. Large breed dogs will be restricted to ground-floor units. Breed restrictions include German Shepherds, Rottweilers and Pitbulls. Please ask about the additional cost to add a pet to your lease!
Is renter’s insurance required?
Yes, Riverwood offers a $14.00 per month Damage Waiver Program (does not include personal belongings). If you have your own coverage, you will need to submit proof.
Need to make your credit grow while renting?
We offer Homebody, which helps your grow your credit as your pay rent. Ask more information in the leasing office.
